The safety shut-off Valve SL-IZ is a safety device specifically designed to protect gas user installations in transmission, industrial and city gate stations. The SSV SL-IZ. is installed upstream of the gas pressure regulator to protect the downstream side from over pressure. Its large flow coefficient ensures a negligible pressure drop. It is an OPSO design with a diaphragm controller so, that in case of failure the SSV closes. SID is designed with different actuators to fulfill OPSO & UPSO requirements.
